Booking Procedure

To secure the reservations a 10% or less deposit is required within two weeks of the date of confirmation.  The balance is payable six weeks prior to departure.  For bookings received within 45 days of departure the full pre-payment is required on confirmation.

Pricing

Our quotations, information and timetables are made in good faith, and are based on schedules, tariffs, exchange rates, prices and advance information which were current when such quotations were issued by us.  These are subject to change without notice in case of devaluation, revaluation, or other circumstances.  Any resultant increase or alteration must be accepted by the passenger, not withstanding that they arose after booking or settlement of the original account.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is canceled, Henderson Travel Service reserves the right to retain the full deposit.  If a booking is canceled less than 45 days prior to departure, Henderson Travel retains the full deposit and in addition cancellation fees will be levied according to each lodge/hotel’s own cancellation policy.  100% of tour cost is retained if cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure.

Insurance

We strongly advise that passengers effect adequate insurance cover for cancellation, curtailment and medical expenses.  HTS offers Travel Insurance through Allianz Travel Insurance .

Passports, visas, vaccinations and inoculations

The responsibility for the provision of current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations and the like, where required is that of the client alone.  The company shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the client failing to ensure that he has complied with all such requirements.

It is strongly advised that all travelers consult with their physician regarding required or recommended vaccinations and inoculations before travel and that precautions be taken.  Please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
